Timothy F. Daniels is a partner at Irwin Fritchie Urquhart & Moore, LLC. with offices in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has over 35 years of experience trying multi-million dollar cases to verdict. Mr. Daniels has handled a wide variety of cases including railroad litigation cases, pharmaceutical and products liability cases, personal injury cases, casualty and insurance cases, premises liability cases and more. His many years of practice has given him a critical understanding and appreciation for the adversarial interests and risk of litigation from the perspective of both the plaintiff and the defendant.
Mr. Daniels is a native of Hammond, Louisiana. He received his law degree from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center and his bachelor's degree from LSU with the distinction of cum laude. He is a past president of the New Orleans Bar Association and is a current member of the Torts and Insurance Committee of the Louisiana State Law Institute and the LSU Law Center Dean's Council. Mr. Daniels served as an adjunct instructor at the LSU Law Center Apprenticeship Program on Jury Selection and Persuasion. He also has the honor of being recognized as a Disitinguished Alumni of the LSU Law Center.
Mr. Daniels has received recognition from several legal organizations during his many years of service to the legal community. He is currently a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
