For insurance companies that want to clear multiple cases in one day, we offer a “Settlement Day.” The claimant, either represented or unrepresented, will submit a summary of the claim along with any accident reports, medical reports, or bills acquired. The Adjuster will send a similar overview of the facts and their position. The claim usually resolves in less than an hour, allowing both parties to save on legal expenses and costs.
